Ballot
How To Use This Ballot:
1.) Click on the link above to download the ballot to your hard drive. The file is named "NOTY2007.doc" Save it to a location where you can easily retrieve it. (The file is a Microsoft Word document; Word may start-up automatically upon completion of download; if it doesn't open automatically, click the document icon in the location where it was downloaded to).
2.) The ballot is a functioning but limited Word document. Please fill out your selections in the appropriate bracket location using ONLY THE SELECTION'S SEED NUMBER.
For example: if your selection is Intelligent Infinite Botts, the number 1 seed in the Bulltron Regional, you would simply type "1" in every bracket location that you would like to place it. Do not type in the actual name of your selection in any cell as it will not fit into the individual cells and distort the document's formatting.
In the Final Four, if a matchup involves two names with the same seed, the winner should be the seed number plus his/her initial/s.
3.) When you have finished filling
out your brackets, re-save the document using the "Save As..."
command. Add an underscore and your initials to the end of the file name.
For example: the newly saved file name will look like this:"NOTY2007_PA.doc" if your initials are "PA".
4.) E-mail your completed ballot as an attachment to: nameoftheyear@gmail.com
How To Print This Ballot:
Don't click on the printer icon. Instead, click on File, Print. Then
look for the box in the lower right that says Zoom. Then look for Scale to
Paper Size. Click on Letter and hit OK.
