Print out a blank NCAA tournament bracket. Remove all hoops references. Paste on NOTY logo. Insert pairings as determined by NOTY Seeding Committee.
That's what we did when the High Commissioner was struck with the genius idea to turn our little annual vote into a 64-name extravaganza. That was in 1998, well before bracketology became the new Rock Paper Scissors.
